Wow, what an inspiration you are and what an amazing story. You have come so far and it is great that you want to share your success with others and that you are supportive to those that are struggling with their weight. I now have some new motivation and feel that i also can DO THIS!

I also love zumba. I go to a class once per week and also have the DVDs and try to do then 3 times a week when i can. It is so much fun to do especially whe you do a class as routines are always changing and new ones added. So far by doing zumba and using MFP i have lost 16LB! :happy:

Ok, not quite so good this week although i have lost a bit! I have been on night shifts, which usually messes my body about, plus i find it hard to get in my exercise before work when on nights! I am 35, nearly 36 and as i had my daughter when i was 18, i often get told i dont look old enough to have a 17 year old, and when i tell people my age i usually get nice remarks saying i dont look my age, even though i often feel it :yawn:

Rapid weight loss is very unhealthy and you are likely to put it all back on with more on top! I know it is frustrating not losing much, but at least you are losing weight. Please do not make yourself ill for the sake of one dress. When you have lost the weight at a healthy pace you will feel much better about it too X…

Just try to keep reminding yourself of how good you will feel once the weight starts coming off! Maybe stick a photo or a motivational quote on the fridge or the cupboard where all the naughties are to remind you not to eat them X :flowerforyou: If you need supprt feel free to add me and i will be glad to oblige!

Weighing in this week at 195.5 from 197.8 last week! Phew i have lost, so pretty pleased with that.
