I've taken them , they worked for me. I kept the weight off because I changed my eating habits and lead a healthier more active lifestyle. It was under a Dr's supervision and I had quite a bit more weight than 15 - 20 pounds to loose. Most Dr's won't prescribe them if you don't have a large amount of weight to lose due to…

I've been running for about 2 years when I started I could barely make a mile, and then I was doing a 15 minute mile. I was doing an 11 minute mile on a 5k run. I broke my patella last December so starting back up I back up to a 13 minute mile and I can just about keep up that pace for a little over 2 miles before I'm in…

I used it not everyone gets the lovely side effects. Really didn't notice much of a difference. I believe the over the counter stuff they pulled and you can't buy because there were issues with the FDA.

I can not use any type of HRT as I had breast cancer that was hormone receptive. It's hard to struggle through the lack of sleep and hot flashes. The Hot Flashes were the worst but they've eased up now so not too bad. I know my Hematologist recommened I think he said Evening Primrose Supplements for the Hot Flashes never…
