My trainer told me always to have something in your stomach when doing cardio I used to eat a pear and some protien

I hear you I'm in the same boat - stuck and sometimes I think I give up - but although I haven't lost anymore weight or even inches - I feel better - I can run almost 5 miles - I know I have more muscle in my lower body Hang in there!

The hoover dam was awesome there a water trip you can take - I agree about Freemont street - to me not worth the trip There's so much cool stuff to see in vegas on the Strip - last time we were there we just walked the strip everynight

I never had that problem - it worked good for me - it gave me a boost. I think a lot of the negative things either come from people who haven't tried it or folks that take it and go eat a dozen chicken wings and pizza. Um yes you are going to have orange stuff running down your legs, ask my Husband LOL

I found mine at Sam's but last night at Publix they had Whole Wheat as well!

My favorite - easy and quick 1 chicken breast Vegetables - microwave 3 minutes in a little water - then in to sautee pan Cavender's Greek Seasoning add all 3 in to sautee pan - until chicken is cooked Minute brown rice in individual cups (micro 40 seconds) Dump on to a plate - Done -

I have Buster he's a Boston Terrier I have Chester he's a really overwieght - Pug And Winnie she's a Basenji We also have Nitro - whose a Burmese Ball Python We used to have a Bunny 2 Parakeets and a Hamster - but alas they are in the big Pet shop in the sky

New balance fits my wide feet the best - plus they are light for running, New Balance also has a wider toe bed -which might help the bunions a bit I have 411's now- a few months ago I bought I think 723's?? they were on sale - youch too narrow around the arch so you have to watch which type you buy they fit differently

I have it, it's not bad I've tried both flavors -I wouldn't say they taste great - I like the iced tea one better. I don't really feel full - I use it if I don't have time to eat anything before I run - I bring it with me
