Good job and welcome!!!! I worked my butt off this past week and didnt make my goal of 3lb (i guess thats kinda high) BUT i did lose 2 lbs.... I should be happy..... Feel free to friend me and we will keep tabs on each other.... :glasses: have a good holiday Monday :heart:

happy sunday of a long weekend to you!!!! SInce we are weighing in tomorrown (looooong weekend monday)....way to keep us on track :) Sooooooo I did 60 mins of bicycling @14-18km/her and burned 650 calories!!!!! I dont think I EVER exercised on a long weekened before...... YEAH TO ME!!! Usually camped, ate and drank......…

Yea I did it...... i stayed under my calorie goal for today and I also xercised..... on a SATURDAY .....let me tell you thats amazing for ME>>> even a long weekend saturday.... YEAH BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that is soooo true....... boredom leads to eating... i agree..... so keeping busy like you say is the key..... but exercise on weekends doesnt happen for me.... im tryin to get into the mode.... need help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Monday weigh ins UGH..... but way to keep us on track..... Your an inspriation.... Kudos :) GF

SNOW PEAS are the greatest snack!!! and what a filler!!!! if you can find them...they seem to go so fast....there on sale now and EVERYBODY wants them...if you havent tried them....do it friday you will see they are FANTASTIC.. count me in toooo.. But when I'm swimming at the gym....I dont do laps,,, I take an interval aquazsie class and on fridays I strated taking a Bootcamp aquasize class both are pretty intense and alot of fun... sooo I;m not sure if I fit the criteria to join because I dont do laps...... But let me know :) Good luck swimming…

HEY...... DONT GIVE UP....famous last words eh??? But when I joint about 4 weeks ago the same thing happened to me.... make sure you are eating enough and keep it up. the scale is now moving for me...YEAH....I eventaully lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks then people say to eat back your xercise calories but YIKES i went up 4 #!@&…

thanks - - I find when I am on the weights that yeah your right they are your strongest muscle.... so how many reps should I do>>>>or should I increase the weight when the current amount Im using is too easy?

HI and welcome.... I too am fairly new and have obstacles..... in a nutshell, my husband, again, is diagnosed with cancer this time stage IV and is on chemotherapy! He has had a major surgery done in Calgary, about 3 months ago, which didn't go as planned.. oh well. he is an amazing person and he has an amazing attitude…
