Most days I eat around the 1,200 calorie mark (I don't feel hungry though, I'm not starving myself or anything!) so I can eat more/different food on gym days if it helps with recovery. I'm trying to get fitter as well as thinner.

Rowing (10 mins), bike (20 mins), cross trainer (20 mins), plus leg press, chest press (I hate that one!) and various stretches. I do a few lunges with really light weights, but I don't really do any lifting!

I think Weight Watchers call it a lifestyle change, which sounds better than diet. Diet has temporary connotations, and we have to permanently eat better to not revert to previous heights of fatness. I don't really have a name to describe what I'm doing, labelling anything can put pressure on. I just know what I'm doing is…

I lost several stone through religious wii fitting a few years ago. The step aerobics, boxing and muscle workouts are really good. I don't use wii fit for exercise now (brave enough to go to the gym!) but I still use it for weighing myself. Thoroughly recommend it, particularly if you hate exercising in public.
