It depends how many eggs you eat and if you want/need to maintain levels of cholesterol. If you eat, for example, 15 eggs every second day that would give you ~2790mg from that day if you would eat whole eggs. All of that will not give you exact results in the number of calories - it is just a general estimate. If you really want to be as much precise as you can then use a chest strap which you can connect via bluetooth with some app on your mobile phone.
