Wow! You look great! Great work, keep it up!

One of my weird & detrimental habits (which I've pretty much kicked) is eating when my stomach's upset. I'd basically convinced myself that every stomach pain was caused by hunger--that was how I justified eating with a stomach ache. O_o Another big habit I'm still struggling with is to snack all night after I get home…

That's awesome, great job!

Congrats! There is a definitely difference. It's so hard to see the changes in your own body. Taking comparison pictures & tracking measurements helps. Whenever I feel down because I don't feel like I've changed all that much, I can look at my comparison pictures & know that I HAVE changed, no matter how I'm feeling.

Wow! Awesome transformation, way to go!

Great job! Congrats!

Haha! That IS quite the transformation! But seriously, congrats! You look great!

I take a drink of water after almost every bite of food when I eat, (in addition to drinking at other points in the day) which makes it reeeeeally easy to get my 8+ glasses a day. I definitely pee more frequently than most of the people I hang out with, but I agree that it becomes less frequent as your body gets used to…

I wish it were required to state on the label whether or not the food contains gluten!

The most I've lost in one week was 4 lbs, which was in my first couple weeks of MFP. I think a good amount of that was probably just water weight. (Also I fluctuate throughout the week, sometimes weighing a full pound more/less from one day to the next, which could be seen as a several pound weight loss in a week, but…

Let him know that his lifestyle worries you & that you're there if he wants help getting fit, then drop the issue. It's hard to accept, but he won't change until HE is ready to. (Like you said!) Be a good example, continue your healthy lifestyle, and hopefully he'll come around when he's ready to.

That's wonderful! :) :) :)

You're awesome, congratulations!! And I can totally identify with the Nutella binges, thanks for the laugh. :D

Yeah, unfortunately alcohol itself is almost as high in calories per gram as fat! (Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, fat has 9) I almost always go over my calorie goal when I drink, even if I'm trying to be careful. It'd definitely be better to choose low-calorie mixers, and stay away from frozen drinks like margaritas and…

Wow, that's great! What a wonderful feeling. :)
-
Yes, absolutely!

I agree--try it and see how it goes! If, after a couple of weeks, you aren't progressing as well as you were with your MFP calorie level, then switch back! I'm going to give it a try myself--I've been stuck fora few weeks, and willing to try doing something different! :)

Hot! I definitely have a preference for tattoos that fit and/or cover the area of the body they're on, like sleeves. I also prefer color tattoos. Piercings are also hot, but it really needs to suit the person's face. Some people can pull off certain piercings much better than others.

I eat around my work schedule, with about 6 hours between meals, & a snack between breakfast & lunch (maybe 4 hours after breakfast). After work I usually spread out my dinner over the evening rather than having one big meal--I'm definitely a snacker!

Beans, potatoes, yams, most fruits & veggies, fish. A cup of white beans has more than 1/3 of your daily requirement. :)

I had something similar happen after my wedding--I would highly recommend switching gears for a while! Choose a different kind of exercise to do for a while, and once you're back into the swing of taking that time for workouts, switch back to your running---if you want to! :)

I lost 60lbs over about 9 months during my first year of karate, which involved 2 2-hour classes a week, burning something like 1500-2000 calories per class, plus workouts outside of class. I wasn't tracking my caloric intake at the time.

At my heaviest I believe I wore a 42D. Now that I'm 65lbs lighter, I wear a 36DDD.....

For tonight, I would say DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT! If you're hungry, eat something, but don't worry about having to reach your calorie goal. THIS ONE TIME of this happening won't change a thing. If you regularly have days on the road, you now know that you need to plan your meals in advance so you don't have the same worries…

Wow! Congratulations! You look fantastic. :D

Congratulations! I'm 23 and using biking & running as my "gym." I will send you a friend request. :) Are you taking your measurements or taking progress pics at all? I would recommend it---it's easier to see your progress that way, IMO.

Today, I could have taken the day off exercise and eaten whatever I wanted, but instead I logged my food, and went for a run with my husband.

Today, I could have continued to insure my car, but I didn't. Instead I bought a bike! Haha ^_^

My weight usually fluctuates up to 5ish lbs a day from my just-woke-up weight. Putting any food or liquid in your body will make you somewhat heavier than when you first weigh yourself. For example, if you drink 16 oz of water, you will weigh 1 lb more.

That's a really good idea! I do believe I will steal it. :)
