Not sure if you ladies are Breastfeeding , BUT if you are you might want to check out what D-MERS is. I thought many of times that I had the baby blues , but I only felt this way when I was nursing. I am only saying this just to help. My own Docter tryed to put my on Lexapro and wellbatrim these never helped.

How far along are you in your diet ? I know what you mean by the other not being happy ! You really can not see in my picture but they are there I am a d cup and I HATE it. I am not bragging. I think there would be too many fight over clothes here if I get down to a size 3 ! My 16 year old already trys to steal what shirt she fits in of mine already ! :noway: I have been between 168-165 for the last 4 weeks:angry: and now that I have only joined this site 6 day ago maybe it will help motivate me !

I have made these b-4 they are yummy ! I make the ones with the bone in does that change the calories ? The ones w/ the bone in seem to me to be more tender !
