i know that feeling, my period makes me feel like ****, im always in pain and i scream on everyone, and i want to eat everything in the house, but, try at least 10-15 minutes of yoga (fitnessblender 15 minutes are amazing) and you will feel relaxed and it will be like recovery from your workouts :)
