It is important to write down all what you eat in food diary. Goal is 1200 calories a day rather than simply eating less.

MFP works. I have a 3 month old baby and during the week while I used the MPF and exercise 6 days a week I've lost 7lbs!

Hi! Im breastfeeding and dont have problems with 1200 calories a day. Im eating more vegetables, for example tomato and cucumber salad. Also low fat yogurts and cottage cheese. Good luck! :)

Hi! I am doing Ripped in 30. Today is the 3 day level1 and my muscles are killing me but it's worth it!
