Im 6 feet tall and I get this comment all the time. "Yeah but she's bigger, I mean taller.. taller "Dammit"

I go to the doctors office to see her and her main point is to keep everything balanced. Breakfast is a must and you eat all 4 food groups with breakfast lunch dinner, and then 2 snacks in between that consist of a fruit / veggie and a grain or a protein or dairy. Once you mastered that you can refine it basically.

You can buy really cute "swim dresses" it covers you up more then a tight fitting bathing suit. Check out walmart.. My suggestion is to go to the lake with your friends, you don't want to look back and regret it. Guaranteed you are not the only one at the back with an extra couple pounds :)

I get the stuff from costco, I actually like it better then whole wheat. Same consistency depending on brand i think i get "Big 15" or something like that. Be careful though it drys out fast...

Sounds like he needs to do a little growing up. A simple "**** you" should be a wake up call that your mad and if he doesnt care enough to make things better or fix things he isnt worth your time id say. Find someone who wants to be there in your life and show you the respect you need. Just my 2 cents....

You should try swimming, its a great no impact activity, and is no so hard on your joints. Plus its a great burn!

Try swimming, Its one of the best workout you can do. Low Impact on joints and its like a all around body work out. When i was swimming full time i had no back fat. Great fat buster :)

nope, so uncomfy, you need to let the girls breath. I also heard its good not to wear one at night so your boobs dont get saggy... but who knows if there is any truth to that lol
