GM everyone! Saturday 1.5 miles & Sunday 4 miles... A total of 17.5 miles... I fell short but feel good about those miles :) plan to do it next week too. Awesome idea :)

I have lost a little over 3lbs... not where I would like to be. I find it hard to stay motivated consistenly but I think that the new challenge that i have joined for the month of October will push me (30DS) GOOD JOB everyone :)

my hubby is a Marine, this sounds like fun. Also they are having a Veteran's Day 11k on 11.11.11 down here in Miami for the first time... we're gonna give it try also :)

My friends and I just started the same pattern, we done two 5K's so far :) it's great!!! we have the Breast Cancer Race for the Cure on 10/15/11. Also we are doing the ING half marathon in Miami in January 2012. heard it's great :) and we are doing the 5K warrior's dash in December in Delray Beach, FL

Im up for the challenge, I unfortunately did 15 days and fell off the 30DS wagon... so Im going to do it for real this time :)

We can n will do this ladies!!!! It's a lifestyle change n it took us a long time to gain the weigh n eat sooo poorly, so it will take us time to be consistent at making healthy choices :) Halloween still 32 days away, ample time to make changes n feel good about ourselves... Let's get it done :D

on Tuesday, I only did 1 mile.. So for 9/26 & 9/27 a total of 4.25 miles Wednesday, It's looking a lot better 1.25miles so far and have plans to do a lot more by this evening. I'll keep you posted :)

LOL I made a comment about that before I read this... the scale is in fact an addiction... CONFESSION: I weight in every morning (unless Im rrunning late) and today it said 148.9lbs but I dont get tooo excited, only Monday's weight in counts and I beat myself over it, if I lose nothing by then.... masochist to the fullest

Ok. we need another team challenge where we must post something daily! I miss you guys, I had a great Thursday. Jogged for 3.1 miles, ran in the rain for 8 minutes at an incredibly fast speed and walked the dog... now it's time for 30 DS and some challenge workouts... hope to "hear" from you ladies soon...

I did well on Monday and Tuesday, then I fell off the wagon yesterday and I did not do 30DS! but toight it's ON!! Ive got to make up for it..... and level 2 kicks serious *kitten*!
