ok! breaking 150 steadily is a huge challenge, last week my lowest weigh was 148.9 but not this morning, I weight in right back at 150lb... oh weekends, you really like to hang on and not let go!!! it's ok. Hi Everyone!!! I worked out yesterday n felt great all day! I did most of the challenge for day 5!!! It's tough balancing my time... I know it's an excuse but it's thee truth... So far, I have done my regular 30DS workout and I walked 2 miles :) and I am planning to do the rest of the exercises before I lay down tonight. I have done days 1&2 n will need to play catch up during the weekend. I have done the extra walking without any problems n I've been keeping up with 30DS. I have my first 5K this Saturday n I don't want to overdo it, I need to give my body a chance to recover for the next 48hrs so I can rock it out on Saturday :D
