so, I just read that 10,000 steps is about 5 miles or so.... knowing this really helps me as I can now track it a little bit better. So far I have walked 1 mile outside :) and I'm not sure about the number of steps at the office but I plan to hop on the treadmill tonight :) Thanks for the awesome challenge

He wants to be both, switch them up through the weekend and activities! he's such a nut!!! today was crazy sock day at school.... he was sooo funny! he wore his shorts with baseball socks and told his daddy " daddy you're crazy, these socks are crazy, I'm crazy!!!!" I love him!!!!

WOWOWOW! thats pretty amazing for your first run! I did two 5K's two weeks apart and finished in 37 and then in 36 minutes!!! you are definitely an awesome runner! I would love to do a 10K, I was planning to do one in November but I have been slacking tremendously !!!!

yes a mini challenge! I am sooo excited! I ate so bad over the weekend and feel oh sooo bloated, so the more exercises the better :) I just did 2 rounds of level 1 but I am still one day behind :( i will try to catch up tonight so I can start Level 2 with everyone :)

I had not reply but I did 26 pushups (modified of course :)). I am 30. I mainly use my phone so I can only get to the spreadsheet from work or if I get to my laptop my 5yr is not using it:/
