GM hot mamas!! My starting weight is 158.3lbs :D My plan of attack is to do bootcamp classes twice per week n jogging two times as well. I'm on my 12th week, I have lost a total of 19.2 lbs. I started at 180lbs and I am at 160.8 lbs, can't wait to get into the 150's :) This site has also helped me a lot, I joined on April 1st and I have lost 11 lbs of the 19.

Starting June 8th, I will begin training for a 5K with a local group, Footworks. September 10th, I start the HM training . this is an 18 week training program, the HM is on January 29th!!!!!!!!!! (yikes... did I mention I am not a runner at all)

this is soooo upsetting but true, but I know that doing lots of cardio, strentgh training and dieting will make a difference with your overall physique! keep up the good work BTW I feel your pain, I feel like a turkey, thin legs and arms and a big gut (the joys of being a woman :laugh: )

I'm no expert but Chinese food tends to have a lot of seasonings n its loaded with sodium .. Probably you need to drink a lot of water... More than likely is water weight/retention!
