Weigh everything in grams. It's amazing how much difference it has made for me. It's really just math but your numbers need to be accurate. Best of luck to you!

Well DONE!

Be in it for the long game or you'll make yourself crazy :) Weight fluctuations daily are perfectly normal and you can't let it rattle you. Weigh Everything and be patient. All the best to you.

I have found that I will lose but see nothing then suddenly with 2 more pounds see a lot of difference. You aren't doing anything wrong - just stay the course and it'll all catch up.

Happens to me too the last 2 years if I have more than 1/2 glass of wine. No idea why. And even happens if I eat exactly the same and hydrate well otherwise. Good news is it leaves within a day or two but it does make me consider if I really want it.

Really cute and it'll work for lots of different occasions! I always love having a 'go to' dress in the closet - it's like a hidden secret weapon!

My go to are Mission brand carb balance soft taco tortillas. I wrap eggs in them for breakfast or add them to lunch. 13 g fiber per tortilla and only 70 cals.

Thanks for the inspiration! Massively well done in such a short time and I look forward to seeing you conquer even more!

No reason to fear :) Set your calories for a reasonable loss - I'd start with 1 lb a week. Eat whatever makes you feel satisfied and happy but stay within your calories. Be consistent and be patient. It doesn't have to be miserable and it doesn't have to be complicated.

Looking really good!

LOVE this! Great job! You got this!

Welcome Back and you can find great support and friends here who get it :) You are in control and you can do this! Nothing crazy, nothing extreme. Figure out a plan you can easily live with that doesn't eliminate everything you love and get to it. Good Luck to you and I know you'll do great.

What a great day and NSVs!

So for instance if the total finished dish weighs 850g I'll put in 8.5 servings.

I use Recipe Builder and then weigh the final product in grams if possible. Then fr serving in Recipe Builder I make it 100g portions. Then it is super easy to just measure and log accurately. Sounds time consuming but not really especially if it's a recipe you use repeatedly.
