16X.x - saw it briefly for a couple of days in early March but mostly due to stress. Now to get there for real :) I'm close!

@Mtsidad well said. I try to believe that everyone is doing their best on that day. Some days they do better than others, as do I. Some people are just mean but in those cases, I'm just glad I don't have to live in their head.

I got a 1mm gold ring from Etsy that I call my 'safety ring'. I wear it in front of my others to keep them from flying off. Works a treat and is a nice reminder while I still enjoy my jewelry.

You are doing so well! Tired of the focus on losing or just physically tired?

Been a rough 2 months. Husband came down with COVID Feb 17 and ended up hospitalized. I came down with it while he was in the hospital. He is home and recovering, I think I am recovered as of this week! In the meantime of massive stress, illness, celebration at his homecoming finally and then figuring out the new routine…

[ At 74.1 kg today, with both my 7-day rolling average and my April monthly average to date firmly below 75.kg. I am defnitely in maintenance now. My goal is to stay here until the summer and then to think about dropping another 1 kg or so. I am working out most days and another goal is to keep that up and work out at…

@Sand_TIger this NSV is what it's all about. How to live healthy and strong even when the world around us seems to be conspiring against that idea! Well done! I'm in a similar spot and under huge stress but following your lead <3

Great story you are writing for this life! Well done!!! I hope the endocrinologist has some ideas. A friend of mine had similar constant hunger and an endocrinologist was able to help with hers. Turned out to be caused by an easily removable cyst on her thyroid. She said they told her there were several things that could…

I actually told my husband immediately afterward that I thought it was so much skinnier than the flu shot :) You can do it!

One week out from Moderna 1st shot and 2 lbs up. Of course, my husband also came home from hospital and there has been way to much neighbor cookie/banana bread love and GrubHub. I'm sure it's the shot LOL.

Fantastic! You are ready for that next one :)

My husband has been in the hospital with COVID for 25 days, 10 of those in Acute Care. I also managed to come down with it while he was in the Hospital. This has been, without a doubt, the most terrifying and stressful time of my life. Because of the consistent work the last year, I was able to maintain my weight and even…

I did a Telehealth Dr. visit this week. When I went through the online precheck-in, I took Obesity OFF my chart!

Well, it's official. Every single piece of too small clothing that I've kept in various closets in a growing list since 1999 fits. Every single one. Every suit, every swimsuit, every pair of jeans, every evening gown. I'm stunned. AND I think it's time to purge a whole lot of clothes and mental baggage.

Finally made to the 160's! Been there 8 of last 10 days, so I'm calling it real. The last time I weighed this little was sometime around 1994 :) WOOHOO!

I went to buy some new shorts and had a CHOICE of sizes based on how I wanted them to fit not just the hope and a prayer that the biggest size would zip. It was so freaking weird! :D

Hugs <3 and good luck as you continue
