Hi! I'm new to 5:2 but not new to MFP. I recently listened to the audiobook of The Obesity Code, then watched the BBC Documentary on 5:2. The blood work benefits are fascinating. I'm going to give it a try for 6 weeks and see what happens :) I'm all for a longer, healthy life. Tips? Thanks Karen
