I'm 5'9 and my goal weight has always been 145. Everytime I tell people that they tell me I'll be way too thin, and look sickly, and that I look fine now. I have like my own person gym at home, my fiance's massive weight bench, elliptical, treadmill, bike, weights, endless dvds lol My motivation is my wedding dress hanging in the corner of our workout room that I look at, it's strapless, fit and flare, and all I think is I don't want to look like a blob on my wedding day!

Thank you!! I've always had incredibly long built legs from dancing for many years, then running track. No lie, I keep them in shape with mainly squats, calf raises, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. Don't be afraid to lift with them, it'll tone them puppies up!!

I watch my sodium purely because I am a major salt addict, and get incredibly bloated lol.
