It's all about having the right equipment. All you really need is some hand weights, I have weights ranging from 8 lbs to 30 lbs, I also have a weigh bench that I use. It just depends on the amount of money you want to spend.

This is going to sound way out of there, but is it possible that she has issues with food herself? Has she ever had problems with it, like maybe she lost a lot of weight and stopped eating like an eating disorder, or did she gain a whole bunch at once?

I'm the idiot that ignores all the risks people talk about and do it anyways, I find it incredibly relaxing and having a bit of a tan gives me a little more confidence.

My fiance has to be in the mood to have sex, now we still have it fairly often 3-5 times a week, but he can't just have sex if he's not in the mood. I have a lululemon workout top, it is my favorite thing in the entire world to wear!! It's slimming and comfortable, plus I have a bigger chest and it helps keep everything in place! Definitely worth it to me!

If I am craving something for more than 3 days, I eat it, but I always exercise and stay within my calories. I also do my best when I do that to only have one serving, otherwise I'd sit down with a bag of molton hot wing potato chips and eat the whole bag...yeah...been there, done that.

If you look up strength training under the cardio section it gives you an estimate, but there are too many things that factor in to figuring out the calories for it. I use my HRM when I lift to get my cals

I had tried multiple times to lose weight, so my fiance was the same way when I started this time around, 50 lbs later he's incredibly supportive!! You'll get there and he'll come around, just remember you're doing it for you, not him :)

I used to go to subway and get tuna salad on white with extra mayo, now I can't stand the taste of full fat mayo, if I want mayo like to make tuna salad I have to use the lite fat free or whatever. I do it, too. A lot of the time I actually log it the night before, then when I get up, I just pull it up and I have my meal plan for the day. Sometimes it changes if I crave something else for dinner, but most of the time I pre-log.
