Morning all. Yesterday I got in 7/10 glasses of water and no exercise. However 7 glasses was probably 6 more that I have had lately. Been slacking in that area. Today I am at 3/10 So I guess by NSV will be to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. :drinker: Thanks for the group ya'll sound like just what I need!:smile:

Bedford here. I don't remember the summer of 1980 being this hot but of course I was 18 and a high school graduate. Enough said!! Well after taking a couple days off from burpees I tried again today I did 4 before my knee started hurting that makes 11 for the week. May try again later depening on my knee. But the first 2 felt pretty good!

Well I was able to increase to 3 this morning. That makes 7 for 2 days. But I think I'm gonna have to lay off tonight because my knee is killing me. Oh well at least I am trying. Wooo hooo for me!

Well even though it won't sound like much to some of you I was able to do 2 burpees this morning and 2 tonight. But I really feel like I accomplished something doing them. No they weren't pretty and yes they were the beginner ones but at least I tried!! I'm gonna try to increase by 1 each day.:smile:

First I want to say a big thanks to Jenn! Hope you feel better. Second I have to admit I was gonna skip tis challenge. But I tried it this morn. Sure i only did 2 and I know I was as graceful and cuteas the girl in the video but I tried!! And I will continue to try all week bad knees and all:drinker:

SW 195.5 CW 195 down -.05 Didn't so well with the challenge but I at least tried every day. So for me that was an accomplishment. Went shopping yesterday and walked way too much so today my knee is killing me. Congrats to everyone on all there hard work and accomplishments on Week 1!! :drinker:
