I lost the 30 pounds I set out to lose and I look and feel great! Went from a size 14 to a size 8 and still dropping! YAY ME!

I delete friends for those three reasons. I have noticed that some people like to "collect" friends and they have so many friends on her that it is totally impossible for them to keep up with anyone...DELETE...I am a very supportive person so if I don't see someone paying it forward...DELETE...:laugh:

I got mine in shape by using the elliptical trainer and doing kickboxing. I also hike and run up and down on stadium bleachers. Squats and lunges are great for toning too. Good luck to you!

Coffee!!! I love me some good coffee...it's my "comfort" food (if it's considered a food) I only have one cup a day, and it make me happy :drinker:

Put on a Heart Rate Monitor to get an accurate reading on calories burned...not too sexy but that's the best way to calculate the calories you burned
