Anything Chef Boyardee, wouldn't touch it now. And oh god. For breakfast, I would always ask my mom to make "cheesy eggs" - which was scrambled eggs with like 5-6 slices of Kraft Singles cheese and that's it. The egg to cheese ratio was like 2:5. I like cheese in my eggs, but I'm nauseated by that amount.

Was about 300 over maintenance, which I don't think is a big deal.

I was being flippant. My point is, they are capable of eating more if they try or at least start incorporating some calorie dense foods. Because I'm trying to emphasize the fact that the main focus of this website is to create a pro-health environment. You're 5'2 so 91lbs is not a healthy weight, regardless of what you think.

I understand that and I wasn't accusing you of not knowing this is a health/fitness website. I'm trying to explain the rationale. Like I said, generally speaking, it's not a healthy weight for an adult. You seem defensive. I wasn't attacking you.

Because this is a health and fitness website and 91lbs, generally speaking, is not a healthy weight for an adult. I started out on mfp around that weight (my goal has been to gain) but they've since done away with the option of having a target or start weight that low.

Nobody here is going to tell you how to lose weight when you're already underweight. This is a health and fitness forum. The only thing I could suggest is learning how to accept your body the way it is. It's not easy, but it's possible.
