I buy fresh grated Parmesan at Publix (which is a grocery store in FL) so I'm sure you could buy it there. At Publix, it;s by the Kraft and Sargento cheese and not in the deli.

Welcome! You can still have Taco Bell. I did last week and still lost weight :) Don't overwhelm yourself trying to cut out all the "bad" food since there is no bad food. Just be smart about your choices and remember moderation is key. Good luck!

Log in everyday and log accurately. Some people get a food scale, some use measuring cups. Find what works for you.

Great job! Yes, measurements and NSV's are sometimes more rewarding than the number on the scale. But 37 pounds is amazing, too!

I'm a dirty eater. If it fits in my calories, I eat it. I try to be mindful tho and eat healthier. Also, I haven't had soda in a over a year so congrats on that.

Do you substitute anything for the breadcrumbs? I bet you could crush some croutons in the food processor or even use bread.
