Doing it the healthy way, you could lose approx. 24 pounds. 2 lbs a week x 12 weeks, but I would imagine you could lose even more considering your starting weight.

My ticker is not as great as Robs, but I've only been eating healthier for about a week and a half. Like he said, moderation is key.
