You can learn how to do it all on your own...Nutri is expensive and pretty gross, a family member bought into that mess and I tasted a few things...Whhhhhy!

I can barely stay coordinated enough for the treadmill with sneakers!...I've full body planted so many times but I'm also one of those special ones that trip going up stairs -_-

Take a break then!...and in a few days you'll be thinking about getting up to run. Listen to your body if it's saying Hey, PLEASE relax. You should listen it's been worked really hard you've had awesome progress...Give yourself that!

EAT! if this is strictly for weight loss the only thing that matters is calories in VS calories out. What's with the restricting? Why? I've ate a fricken McD's icecream cone almost everyday for a month, and I've still lost 13lbs...calories in VS calories out. Now if you want to do like power lifting or body building then…

You need to completely redo everything you're doing. There's so much wrong with your post that I don't want to even touch it.

I eat whatever I want ALWAYS as long as I hit my numbers and exercise
-
I don't think you will? Thinking about it I've never seen any with pockets, it wouldn't be an average runners preference to have things in their pockets while running...You could get a arm band that holds your phone and has a zipper pocket to put like keys and a chap stick in. D!ck's Sporting goods(sorry it blocked the…

Peas...The look, the smell, the taste are enough to make me vomit

I just want to say KEEP ROCKIN'! Nice response.

LOSE THE SCALE!...Don't be so hung up on the numbers it's really senseless to constantly get on it, weight fluctuates, relax and listen to your body and feel good because you're feeling good. Get a measuring tape...GNC sell's them and you can use it alone if you're putting out more calories then you're taking in you will…

I actually agree with the poster, I eat under... way under some days & I'm set at 1,350 I've never been a big eater and it's difficult to hit those numbers I maintain my weight and weeks I gain but I'm always under

I dropped the whole watermelon that I was preparing for my juicer, my husband really wanted to try a juice finally so I HAD to take the opportunity...Hey I did rinse off the busted chunks that splattered our kitchen =) Sorry, NOT Sorry!

A carb is a carb and sugar is sugar...our bodies don't say well here's a bread carb or here's a veg carb.

I know some people are against adding food coloring to foods but when we were younger my brother and I were EXTREMELY picky eaters and it lasted a long time so my mom would let us add squirts of coloring to foods and then it was fun to at least try them.

I still have issues and fear about foods...the mental battle has never really left me, I just chose to keep going for me. There has been slips and falls but being a healthy person who doesn't obsess over foods is my ultimate goal so I keep pushing. I gained weight and didn't like it so I want to still be in a healthy range…

No mam, Dear Abby and family taught me social etiquette and I find it irritating when people do thing's like that on FB or a generic photo copy thank you letter, or even having the nerve to request PRE addressed envelopes etc. The next gift received would be an etiquette booklet =)

Perhaps each of us have moments in our lives when it feels like time slows down or the air becomes still and everything around us seems to draw in, marking that moment as one we will never forget. My dad giving his response to my concerns was such a moment for me. With a knowing smile he said, “You’re being totally…

I think it all depends on how approachable you seem, if you smile/laugh often and have a personality that invites people they will gravitate towards you more then someone who isn't so welcoming looking...I think my smiling and outgoing personality get's more of a response then my face

-Eat to be fit, not skinny -Ignore the demons that were once feeding you

I wouldn't attempt to do any training until you see a professional dietician, your training is based off of foods until you have control on those, I wouldn't tax your body with something it's not ready for. Take the time to heal your body and understand your body and it's needs before worrying about weight/size. In time it…

I'm happier with my $30 Walmart, heart rate monitor and tracker wrist watch. I never even use the fitbit anymore.

yes, actually it will if she plans on being ACTIVE...So WHOOPS, She weighs OVER 200lbs, if she can eat 1,200 calories a day, be active, AND productive in weight loss in a healthy way well she's one in a few!...Won't happen. WHOOPS just because it sounds so irritating...WHOOPS tell the MFP breakdown eating too few calories…

You're NOT burning that many calories..no way!...Buy a heart rate monitor and I assure you that you will have a reality check of what your honestly burning...veggies are high in carbs, fruits are high in sugar you have to watch everything including what society says is "healthy, healthy, healthy"

There's an app that will give you music suggestions based on your heart rate and rate of speed, I don't have it on me but google it!...One song that always gets me moving is "Shake Senora" by Pitbull!
