I've always had difficulty eating eggs because when I was little I convinced myself the little while stringy part was the umbilical cord and every time I do eat them I spend minutes inspecting and making sure it's ALL OUT.

Someone from work just brought me a coconut cupcake from a retirement party, as soon as she turned I put Purell foam sanitizer on it and threw it away, ruining it so I wouldn't be tempted to pull it back out!! Hahahaha:wink:

For me personally I don't see fish or seafood as flesh, I guess it's a mind thing for me. Cow's, Pig's, Chicken come from mother's who nurture them and it's strange to me to eat them when they have family units like we do as humans, they cry in pain, they have bonds and feelings for their families.

One thing saving me is something I call "egg" pizza's I use a pan make a layer of egg whites, add cheese and any thing that falls into my foods. I change it up often for dinners. I've been doing this since 5/5/14 and I'm down 8lbs

If it's not there you can't eat it...Or get creative and make your own using almond milk.

Try a banana(Bananas contain potassium, which can help alleviate leg cramps) Eat one about 30min before exercising, a good amount of water BEFORE & during =) That helped me SO MUCH!, & like others have said make sure you have a GOOD pair of shoes for running and switch them up every once in a while

I don't eat that many calories in a day either but carbs will KILL my weight loss even if I'm very active.

I've always noticed a difference when I'm not drinking as much water. It isn't a temporary thing it ALWAYS helps.

She might not feel included or jealousy because she doesn't want to put in the effort that you're doing but wants the attention that you're giving to your health. Try to include her or do something fun that's physical see if she enjoys the same spent together, even at a healthy weight it doesn't hurt to do fun active stuff…
