I agree w/ PP, your OBGYN is your best source of info. That being said, you should keep an eye on your health while pregnant. 1500 calories is not accurate. Your Dr. can refer you to a nutrionist if necessary. I know when pregnant I needed about 2500 calories and was a little smaller than you. My best advice is to stay…
