Hi, I don't drink and never have, it makes me feel very sick. I also tend to think lowly of people who can't have good, old fashioned fun, and need to make a mess of themselves... or people who are rely on it... I try not to show how judgmental I am though. Sure saves me a lot of calories!

Maybe you can go for a short walk at night? To the post office? To the grocery store? Bike to work/school/see friends? Walk up and down stairs on your lunch break? :)

Wow climbamnt, thank you for your response! I changed my goal to 1 pound per week, but on 1370 calories, I am sitting here feeling exhausted and starving, and have been thinking about food all day. Time to change it to 0.5 per week! My BMR is 1,500, and I felt normal at that level, so that makes sense! Thanks again! :)

Today I had one piece of light rye toast, a small amount of peanut butter, and 0.4 of a banana sliced on top, with a glass of water. You can also add a kiwi like I did, I think that is 220 calories all together :)

I find when I am hungry, I exercise and drink water and I don't feel hungry anymore. Up your water intake!
