QOTD Wednesday: Other than myfitnesspal (!), what is your favorite weight loss tool? Since my bathroom scale sucks, I don't have a kitchen/food scale, and I don't have a HRM (yet!)...... I will have to say my 30 Day Shred video and hand weights.

Thurs QOTD: Has your weight stopped you from achieving anything? I don't think it has stopped me from achieveing anything per se. But my post-baby weight gain has effected my self-confidence and stopped me from wearing the clothes that I want to wear.

I haven't noticed a change yet, but those 12 pounds had to come from somewhere. lol My mom says that my face looks slimmer (even though its still very round). My husband agrees with her and also thinks my butt seems a bit smaller.

The first goal I set for myself was a NSV...to complete Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. When I reached that goal, I scheduled a 90 minute sugar scrub massage for myself. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the appointment, which isn't until mid-June.
