Not sure if anyone mentioned simply breading them then sautéing in olive oil for a snack or appetizer. It's not low calorie, but what a classic treat to have once in a while.

I didn't know that you can see ketones, I have used ketone test strips that are available at pharmacies when I was interested in that. Maybe you should try them instead. PS being obnoxious is not a good way to start a post asking for advice.

Go back in your food diary to when you were consistently losing weight and see what you were doing different then go back to what worked. Most likely eating less calories. Also as you get lighter your cardio calorie burns are less, while doing the same amount of exercise, which means you need to turn up the intensity.…

only eat back exercise calories if I'm hungry and never all of them. It just works out that way I don't do it on purpose. But that's probably why I averaged over 2lbs loss a week for 5 months. But my personal rule is not to go hungry, so follow your intuition.
