Well done on your weight loss buddy :) I generally don't treat myself until I get to "big things" like I'm planning to have a treat in 8lbs as I will have entered Oneder Land which has been a huge goal for me for aaaaaaaaaaages now. I know some people who get themselves a treat every half a stone or so which I think works,…

Do you know what, count me in :) I might as well give this a go! I've not done the initial one yet, but I will do it when I get in from work and post my results. I'll have to start tomorrow properly so I can start working towards it :) brilliant idea!!

this is pretty much the reason I stopped doing it, I found that I really struggle with "free food" as I would just *load* up on it and pass it off as being free so therefore no calories. I don't think I gained much back after I stopped, but I did really enjoy the group support aspect of it :)

totally my dream job!!

I've got a few I am going for this year as I feel a lot more confident in my ability to actually get them done. I'm aiming to do The Mersey Tunnel 10K Tough Mudder The Big 5K Family Run (getting my hubby and son involved) Liverpool Marathon in October The Santa Dash (5k dressed as Santa) they are races I *really* want to…

Hiya - I had some brilliant sucess on Slimming World (i lost 12lbs in my first week when I joined). I find that its a hard one to figure out calorie wise as it's really pushing the "free" foods. I have to admit that a load of the recipies they use are honestly #amazeballs! I don't do it anymore, but I have to credit it for…

I'm making a low fat/low cal Steak pie with slimming world chips and veg. It's a saturday so fancied something a little more filling, still pretty low cal meal and the steak pie is just devine!

Good Luck Hun!! I think the weekend is when most people really struggle, I'm lucky this weekend as I'm working *all* weekend so i generally find that it helps me with the whole staying on the band wagon :)

I don't know if it's embarrassing or not, but I once went with the hubby to see Mortis in concert. Now I don't *mind* the occasional death metal, but seeing as my favourite artist in the world is Cher, I'm as camp as a row of tents and generally tick a load of the boxes for "queen" status, I was just a touch out of place.…

I like to think I'm creative :) I've got myself into photography (a *tiny* bit), still not brilliant at it, but I really like street art so I have an instagram which is just pretty much full of pictures of the various types of street art around Liverpool. (jameseylefebure is the username) I'm also *really* into creative…

I'm a huge wanna be writer :) Mainly horror and dark fantasy :) I've got about 103 pages of a book I'm working on about 2 that I'm just working out the kinks of before I start working on them. I've just recently uploaded a few short stories onto my blog and would love some feedback :) www.jameseylefebure.blogspot.co.uk

I usually put milk in second because I think it changes the taste and makes a weaker cup of tea if its got milk in first. :)

100% Geek here - not so much on the Nerd side of things (bit stooopid for Nerdy) but well up on my geekness. Love my fantasy games/books and a HUGE horror nerd. I'm also one of the people who will worship Joss Whedon!! :)

In the name of Michone I am THERE!! :) Would be sooooo up for this!!

this is actually what I do....kinda. I work for an adult retail chain in one of the UK's biggest "Adult DVD" stores. For a raving homosexual it's amazing how many of the female stars I can identify by their boobs. It's a fun (and sometimes) challenging job. Would much rather be in uni training to be a Nutritionish (2 years…

Hey Mate - I imagine for you to get a higher level of muscle you will have to start looking at your diet and doing a major cut back on the cards and increase on the protein. I'm not 100% certain on the workouts, but I know that my housemate got quite ripped by following the MMA workouts, he also used to do a lot of weights…

Hey Guys My exhousemate was *really* into MMA and used to have a DVD workout that he used to help keep himself in shape - I'm not sure what it's called, but I'm sure a little google search could help you with it? I know that he d/l it as well so you wouldn't have to worry about the price of it :) and *swoon* tom hardy is…

I agree with the above as well!! I forgot about Jessie - if I remember right he does Obese a Year to save your life UK. (which really isn't a patch on the US one).

so glad I wasn't the only one who thought that lol.
-
omg I am totally with you on both your picks! Chris Powell is *hot* beyond words and so is Shannon!! He was the first reason I started watching TBLA.

is offended at the implication that I never meant to post the whole thing and maybe, just maybe forgot to actually cut it out. Im still offended though.

I'm curious about this as well - looking to do Tough Mudder and the Liverpool marathon next year and could really use some info :)
