I read once that clear means you're drinking enough water. If it goes clear after a few glasses a day, then your body probably doesn't need the suggested 8 glasses. If it's too yellow then you're not drinking enough. Again, this is something I read once, so I'm not sure if it's accurate.

I'm at 242.8 today. I thought I'd be much lower by this point in the challenge. :( On the bright side, I'm going to a screening of Half-Blood Prince tomorrow night, and Deathly Hallows pt.1 a week later. It's almost time!!!

Second week in a row with no change for me. I've been doing really terrible. I haven't been tracking my food and have been going to the gym less and less. I really thought ten pounds was going to be easy for this challenge (I thought I'd be there already). Gonna really have to work my *kitten* off this week!

I weighed in at 243.6 today. That's a 1.6 loss for the week! I'm so relieved because I haven't been eating that great the last couple weeks.

Oh no, I'm the last person to check in!! Sorry guys, been away from my computer the last few days. My weight this morning was 245.2. I've lost the 3 pounds I gained a couple weeks ago. Just finishing TOM, so hopefully I'll have a bigger loss for next week. Has anyone else been seeing all the Potter movies on the big screen…

Sorry I'm a day late weighing in. I'm at 247 today. Still haven't recovered from my three pound gain last week, but hopefully that's because it's TOM.

Sorry I'm late posting. I thought if I waited my weight would drop, but no luck. I weighed in this morning at 248.8. That's a three pound GAIN!! I'm so sorry guys. I'm off to the gym now to do some damage control. :(

My weight today is 245.8!! I'm down over 2 pounds this week! I didn't get around to trying new recipes this week, and I was bad with my water... But I DID get some exercise in everyday, so I'm happy with that!
