Not a butterface!

Have to admit that I'm the kind of person that slacks during the winter. The cold and snow does not make me want to go to gym, especially when I am working outside all day and long drive home. Would rather go home and sit under the covers. I just try to stick to my calories and go when I have the motivation. When Spring…

From experience of working in a restaurant I have to agree with the above. Some cooks use a huge slab of butter to fry your omelette, some only use a little. Your grilled chicken is being cooked on the same stove top they use to grill hamburgers. The calories can be any number!

I never ate a mushroom growing up, my patents hated them so they never cooked with them. Not until I moved into my own place with my own kitchen did I realize that mushrooms are absolutely delish! I bought them on a whim one day to try em and never looked back. OP, mushrooms are like sponges so they cook best with other…

I made this last night and it was so good! Mushroom Pot Pie realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/mushroom-potpie. My boyfriend wanted meat in it so I added a pound of ground pork- I would imagine it will taste great just how it is on the website. I bought the extra thick filo dough in the freezer section and it…

That looks and sounds so good...

You're welcome! Did it work?? @MarlyIc1

LOL Walmart is the last place I would go to walk laps! You can barely even stroll in there without bumping shoulders with someone else!! :D I would have about 5 minutes of patience...then melt down.

From personal experience to quit smoking is harder than losing weight, so I know you got this ;) Take it one day at a time, count your calories, as long as you don't stop you WILL lose the weight!

I make soy chorizo, egg, cheese, and corn tortilla breakfast burritos on lazy work nights. Soy chorizo splatters less, cooks faster, less calories, and tastes just like the meat version. I always have a tube of it in my fridge for days like that

haha, I was second guessing myself for a couple minutes- I knew for sure that Pluto has an oblong orbit. I went to a very old private school, nuns and all, so most of the textbooks, especially Science, were "a little" outdated or completely wrong sometimes. I'm 27 BTW
-
I originally said Uranus but I meant Neptune. Neptune and Pluto cross orbits, Neptune was the furthest out at the time of the test.
-
At the time the orbits were crossed and Neptune was was furthest out. Pluto has an elliptical orbit, not circular. It was in the middle 90s when he took the test and the orbits didn't switch back until 1999. She wanted a generic answer from the textbook which said Pluto was furthest.
-
LOL Neptune! Not Uranus. Too young for you, Batman! :p

50 cal quick add for most and move on. Cookies I would do 100-150 calories for simple ones like sugar and chocolate chip- that's how much they usually are when I make them in my recipe builder. Add about 25-40 cals if they have frosting or nuts to be safe. Not saying I'm a professional or anything but that's how I would…

Draw 2 lines to connect the squares and then fill it in completely- that's what I would do. :D Reminds me of when my brother had a science test on the planets in 4rd grade. Uranus was the furthest from the sun at the time, not Pluto, so that's how he answered the question. The teacher marked it as wrong and didn't give him…

If you don't have one yet I would suggest a crock pot for long work days, especially during the winter. Any kind of chili is usually low carb and high protein- super easy to make in the crock pot, too. Here's a website with low carb recipes: peaceloveandlowcarb.com/2014/10/50lowcarbandpaleoslowcookerrecipes.html

Thanks! Cutting the thing is such a pain when it is raw!! I usually avoid squash because of this reason, unless I can find it pre-cut. Never thought of throwing it whole into the oven. OP, I slice chop mine into squares, add to bowl with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, cook at around 350 degrees until soft. Sometimes…

WOW!! Congratulations on your loss, it looks great on you- You're so pretty! Do you have an Instagram? I swear I've seen your pictures on there before.

Adding your measurements and link to the dress will be helpful: waist, hips, and bust. Without these numbers no one can give you an educated guess! :) After about 50 lbs weight loss your body will be dramatically different, even your curves will probably be completely different, so I would suggest getting a size bigger and…

Question: Do you cook the potato before you shred it? You mentioned above "When they are nicely cooled". Thanks for this recipe and the pictures, may make this one day soon.
-
I chop them up large so they don't fall apart when cooking and add em to my chicken chili.
-
NO...that is the best story I've read on this website.

I used to be the same, I would eat per plan during the day and at dinner but when 9pm comes rolling around I would snack. I got over it by logging every snack I ate after dinner. Before I went to bed I would look over my diary and noticed that if I didn't eat all those extra snacks I would be at my calorie limit and…

Look around your grocery store bakery section- there are a lot of different kinds of specialty breads with nuts and seeds in them, cinnamon raisin, herbs and cheese, etc. Usually they don't cost much more than pre-packaged loafs or a bag of bagels anyways. I make rice, eggs, salt and pepper for breakfast almost every work…

That sounds great!
