Yes, these are the ones I wear. They also don't bunch down and if panty lines show they are a flattering cut at least. Yes :D That's a common word here for underwear. However, we do not use the word moist, gag, lol.

What a bummer to not enjoy a simple cookie :( Maybe find a website that advocates "healthy" eating instead so you can be yourself? Although I'm sure there won't be as many long term success stories there, it is not a long term solution for most people.

I use Nature Valley Multi Gummies, they taste really good. I don't like Once a Day, they make me very sick, no details needed. I've heard that from other people, too.

Whole foods. Seen it! It was a peanut butter/dried fruit mixture, organic of course ;) I also love my PB, I only pay $4 for a jar. Last so much longer when you eat it in correct portions, ya know, instead of by the spoonful lol

My opinion - I don't like home ellipticals compared to a very nice one you would find at a gym. The stride is too short for me and hurts my knees/numbs my feet, I'm only 5'6". I bought a good one so I didn't have to go to the gym on snowy days and the stride was still too short. Bought it on a whim so that was my fault…

do you own a food scale? You may be eating more than you think. You have lost the first twenty, I'll assume, without one but as you lose more weight it will come off slower and require less calories. You will need to keep closer track of serving sizes.

Almond milk instead of cow's milk. Not only because the lower calories (which is such a saver) but cow's milk bothers my stomach - Win, win.

My grocery bill was less because I was eating proper portions, not because it was "healthy" or "unhealthy". You don't need all those special diet foods to lose weight or be healthy - I mean, $8 for a jar of peanut butter is ridiculous, there's nothing magical in there.

Yes, this is my experience too. Those extra calorie heavy days don't really stunt my weight loss if they are in moderation. If I'm truly hungry I'm going to eat, I just make a conscience effort to still control my portion sizes - even if it pushes me into the red.

I had munchkins for breakfast, too. Made sure to make the most with the cake glazed and chocolate glazed. No reason to waste calories on the powdered, bleh. Not even 500 calories. You'll live :)

Steel cut oatmeal with portobello mushrooms fried in a little olive oil/cajun seasonings and greek yogurt on top. My favorite breakfast. Sometime I'll put some hot sauce on it. Omelette with chili on top is good, too.

My favorite jeans ALMOST fit! I can button them but it'll take a few more weeks until I can wear them with no muffin top. 5 months ago I couldn't even get them above my knees. I just bought a new pair of work pants last week and they are too loose now :D
