Breakfast Burritos, takes 10 minutes tops to make and healthy. Cook a little crumbled sausage/veggies, add the egg, top with cheese and throw it in corn tortillas. You can even eat them on the way to class if needed.

Portillo's Chocolate Cake Shake with cheese fries on the side...pizza and beer sounds like a solid idea, too.

My every day lunch meal is the classic chicken, rice, frozen veggies. That's good base and you can make it how you like by adding spices, cheese, dressing..anything. I've been playing around with other meals ideas but nothing keeps me fuller for longer without sacrificing calories for dinner. I usually don't need snacks…

White bean Chili - comes out almost white! I don't have exact measurements for everything because I make it slightly different each time but you get the idea. 3lb ground turkey 1 large red pepper 1 medium onion minced garlic 2 small zucchini 2 yellow squash 1/2 bag of frozen corn 1 can chickpeas 1 can cannellini beans (or…

All those sound really good- Thanks for the suggestions. I haven't cooked brisket or even tried it before but I always see it at the grocery store and think about buying it. Fajitas and egg dishes are right up my alley. @oh_happy_day that's an odd combination with the honey! definitely trying that.

Everyone I know in RL goes to the gym, except one and she doesn't care where I go! I have to have a gym membership. The seasons in Chicago are crazy- some years it starts snowing the beginning of November and doesn't stop until March. Spring and fall are iffy on the weather, one day it can be beautiful, the next day…

All I know is from what people have told me about it. Considering millions of people use that type of toilet every day there has to be something to it.

Look on their website, the reviews are hilarious

Good to know :)

I don't personally use it! haha, I have no problems

It helps everything move out easier. When you are sitting with your feet on the ground your colon kinks making it harder to push and get everything out. LOL Oh man, this it too much TMI...

I personally never have but I have heard from multiple friends that have used squat toilets on vacation to other countries and loved them. Much more "natural feel" and erm..cleaner than sitting.

When you have a separate photo albums in your phone for nutrition labels. (I take a picture of it before I take food out of the package to properly store it.) Also I have a folder of bookmarked nutritional information for restaurants I frequently go to.

If the coffee machine is automated I used to have those at my college. I would use the mocha/cappuccino info from gas stations. Speedway, Thorntons, 7-11, they are all probably made the same way as the one at your office with powders - 150 cals per 8oz. Plain coffee is different, I would use 1.5oz - 2oz cream to be safe.

Businesses prosper only if they keep up with the current trends and technology, that's one of the top priorities all business owners should acknowledge. Any McDonalds I drive by are always busy, drive thru and inside. The author sees struggling, I see a great business opportunity and McDonalds is doing it correctly. They…

Don't stop logging! Whenever I stop logging I start overeating. Slowly I am controlling my overeating on a daily basis. You need to make mistakes to learn what triggers you and sometimes things get worse before it gets better. Just don't stop trying. I'll log for the rest of my life if that's what it takes to control it.

Maybe we are reading it differently but I will quote straight from the article: McDonald’s spokeswoman Lisa McComb wrote in an email to FORTUNE: "John’s story is not a weight loss plan, and we do not recommend that anyone eat every meal at one restaurant every day for an extended period. Rather, John’s story is about…

Can you imagine washing measuring cups and spoons all week for every little thing you ate? :D I would hate it, too! If you count and log for longer than a week you'll learn little tricks that make it easier and less "time consuming".

You can email MFP here: myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new They answer pretty quick

I have an oral fixation, as well, so I draw when I'm watching TV. If I want to snack I eat frozen raspberries, very low cal and the texture is enough to satisfy. I never thought of getting my tongue pierced to deal with oral fixation! Would have 100% done that when I was younger if I thought of it.

Thanks for posting this! great article

OPA is really good, second that. I use cottage cheese, too, not a dressing but it mixes nicely and low cal

You can always exercise on the weekends. Find something you love and stick to that. Maybe hiking, biking, boxing burns tons of calories, swimming, lifting heavy stuff. You don't have to be stuck in a gym doing the same thing all the time, which IMO gets boring and turns into a chore. Work with your schedule and habits, not…

Like bagel thins for egg sandwiches, don't need all the extra bread. If I'm craving a bagel with cream cheese definitely getting a full size one.

I'm 17.5% smaller  Perfect Pear. Funny because I always say I'm one of those people that think I'm smaller than I actually am haha. I also never thought of myself as pear shaped, more hourglass.

yes, but there are exceptions. For example, a hard taco supreme has way more calories than one without the supreme toppings. The entries don't really show the difference so it's better to cross reference from Taco Bell's site and then chose the entry that matches on MFP.

When I'm at a normal BMI I can just shimmy into size 10 jeans (145 lbs 5'6"). At that weight people tell me I'm "too skinny"! No matter how hard I try I can't get into single digits, in any brand except sometimes Old Navy. I have wide hips and a big butt. Right now I can be between a size 12 pants up to a size 18/20…

I wasn't trying to be insulting by calling him "clueless". I agree that men are empathetic and can learn. I thought this was girl time and we can discuss this with some light heart considering he already apologized. I'm sure we all have had at least one boyfriend or husband that said something they never thought would hurt…
