You can help yourself feel better by walking outside - it's a proven fact to be a mood booster. Listen to some motivational speakers to encourage you and stir you up as you are walking (Zig Ziglar, Joel Osteen, etc) Don't give up - Shake it off. Everyday can be a new beginning! :flowerforyou:

Hi Ana - Try completing your food diary at the beginning of the day (then you can make sure you meet the mark in every category)- print it - stick to it. Drink the recommended water. Walk at least 30 minutes every day or every other day. Presto!

Try something fun like Salsa steps or Line Dancing - Walmart has inexpensive DVD's in their weights and bike department. Based on your weight you can start with 10 to 15 mins each day and then increase 5 minutes each week. Good luck!

I drink 16 oz after breakfast by taking large drinks after each vitamin and supplement. Then try to drink 8oz on the way to work. Depending on the crazy temperature in the office 8 to 16oz more before and during lunch.
