I'm about 5'7" and I started off around 155 and set my goal at 135. Right now I'm at 133 but I think I'll continue to lose weight as long as I stay healthy and eat correctly. Definitely want to stay toned!

lol the yogurt is more of the "mousse" kind --> the strawberry mist whips since i like the texture better. but i do like frozen yogurt so maybe i can freeze the natural/greek yogurt after i mix it with fruit? i like peanuts too but they are so high in calories! I actually have never eaten a sardine before :P I checked out…

thank you :) i eat yogurt sometimes but its the flavored yoplait kind so its not that healthy :/ but i'll look into buying tofu, almonds, and the calcium bread!

maybe get one of those Mexican "salad" type of things? where they just sprinkle a few tortillas, chese, etc. on top of the salad.

If I still feel hungry, I usually try to reach for more veggies which will fill me up but still be lower in calories than if i got another steak :P Your body should eventually adjust though

hahahha yea whenever i go to Singapore i feel like a giant because everyone there is like a pixi. I also don't like wearing shorts because people stare at my legs like they've never seen body parts before yea i didn't want to weigh more than my b/f so that's one of the reasons i lost weight

i see... but it should only take like 4 hours max to digest right? so as long as its 3-4 hours before i go to sleep i should be fine

why no fruit after 2pm? I thought it was "no carbs after 2pm" (although i don't believe or follow that)

i used to get meatball marinara footlonggggggg but yea... its a killer now i get: footlong wheat turkey lettuce tomatoes onion spinach S&P pepper jack low fat honey mustard banana peppers black olives i only eat 6" at a time though (it was still 600+ calories though)

I totally agree. The other day I was all excited to eat a Subway since I thought it was a great healthy sandwich. I got home, ate 6 inches of the turkey sandwich with veggies, and found out I had just consumed over 600 calories for my lunch. Wow, so much for under 6 grams of fat.
