28lbs in about a year. I'm a slow loser, and it is hard not to get discouraged and frustrated. Just keep at it, and it will come off. :)

I can't stand the sound of someone clipping their nails- gives me the willies. But- I have no problem doing my own or my kids. Maybe it's a control issue... :laugh:

I don't have a ton of space, so I sometimes have to modify some of the travelling moves a little bit. It still works out for me and I get a good workout. :)

I would get the zumba. I have done both, and the zumba packs a nice calorie burn and you use every part of your body. :)

Before MFP at 161. I am barely 5'5". I was 37-29-41.5 for measurements. This was the pic that made me stand up and do something after 4 kids and lots of good eating. After on Christmas at 135, my original goal. I am currently 133, measurements 34-25-36- going for 125ish. :)

Thanks for this recipe! I have made them almost everyday with both vanilla and chocolate protein powder, reduced fat pb, and special dark cocoa. They are fantastic! I just use good quality papers in a muffin tin. Even DH (AKA the Reese's Inhaler) enjoys them. :)

Not worth it- most baked goods and prepackaged cookies. I love to bake, and have little self-control. There are so many calories and fat packed into such a small amount of food, it kills me. The gratification of eating the 2 double stuffed oreos is gone in moments, and I can have yogurt and a piece of fruit for the same…

I normally don't comment on food choices, but I did check your diary and I agree with the high sodium foods. It adds up like you wouldn't believe! I am extremely sensitive to sodium, and it makes me retain water like a sponge. LOL! I would add that your diary and go back through to see how close you are to the 'limit'…

34, 5'5", 134 trying to lose 5-10lbs more. I'm set at .5lb a week and get 1520 per day. I usually end up netting between 1300-1550 and I eat at least some of my exercise calories back.

Go Giants! They're my #1 team being a New York state girl (Steelers a very close 2nd!). Plus, I just can't cheer for the Cheatriots...except when they play the Ravens. :devil:

Worst: Left over tubs of cake frosting. My daughter has a mini-cupcake machine and they are just there taunting me. Best: Lots of Greek yogurt, fruits, and veggies!

No- but I don't drink milk. I have FF for cereal. Yes- I make my own bread, alternating between wheat and white. Yes- on occasion, but usually cook brown. Yes Yes- I have lost over 25lbs through counting and moderation. Nothing is off limits to me, I just measure and hold myself accountable. :)

I usually have Special K protein plus with skim milk or oatmeal with pb or almonds/cranberries, but this morning I splurged on full onion bagel with light cream cheese. Always have coffee with sugar free creamer.

I got to be heavier during my pregnancies, but currently he outweighs me by about 50lbs. But he also has 6" on me in height.
