I feel the same way. The BMI seems to reflect society's definition of a healthy weight. Once I lose my pre determined weight (50lbs), "I" will judge wether or not I want to go any lower.

Hello, No worries I started MFP almost 2 years ago. I fell off for a long time, like 6 months or more. I started again in January of this year. I'm ready now! It's been hard, but I must say I'm enjoying it!

I cant run, but I dont care. What I can do is try! Start out walking, walking out the front door. Actually that's the easy part. I start walking. Once I get warmed up I try to run a little for as long as I can, which is probably 30 seconds, then I walk again. Repeat this process for an hour. Yes there will be people…

Done. Wasn't so bad since I've been doing them in my 30DS. I'm a little concerned about tomorrow's challenge, 15 min of jump rope. I always seem to mess up I can never keep my rhythm.

Could be muscle, could be water retention especially if your clothes are fitting looser. I don't suggest curves, join a gym with multiple types of equipment in addition to offering workout classes, that way you get the whole package.
