I only eat 1 meal a day, I start in the morning with the first bite and take my last bite at night :D

I have the fitbit flex and love it! It syncs with MFP and a few other sites, MFP also synces back with fitbit and you get a good idea of how you are doing, It adjusts your calories in MFP depending on your activity to give you a better idea of how many calories you are burning.
