I have the same thing every day, makes it easier to track lol, 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 sandwich (tuna, pb&j or turkey&cheese) almonds, carrots, celery and for dessert water :D

Thats true I was thinking older but I would never go younger that at least 10 years older than my kids daughters 15 so 25 would be the youngest, but I like older women that are together in life so my age or older :D

I did pretty good so far all I have used was the 30 day shred and running, dont need equip for the dvds you can use handweights but can prob modify them and do it without them

If you coat the entire slice with oil or ranch dressing it will go down quicker, resulting in less air and it will be more diet friendly

you REALLY need to eat more than an apple, rice cake, cookie and slice of bread, you are going to do more harm than good, get up to at least 1200-1400 range you are going to pass out, eat healthier and get more physical but you really need to eat alot more!

Im pretty similar I was 205 and looking for 145-150 with a similar workout, The only supplements I have been taking is a one a day multivitamin, b12 and a baby aspirin, since your female iron may help as well

The tuna in a pouch is pretty good and easy, cream of wheat, activia yogurt, banana, protien shake, almonds, Hormel Compleats mocrowave meals, tuna sandwich, green beans, baby carrots, sunflower seeds, celery, salad and a bottles of water <--- Not all in 1 day LOL just some ideas of what I take!
