    I could join, but since I'm doing maintenance, I would just bring down the team's average loss.
    Same here... Although I could lose five pounds I suppose. I'm going to be hosting a Dr. Who party and everything.

    how about if team cybermen is for those on maintenance or shedding those last extremely tough 5 pounds of body fat???

    I'm trying to get to a body builder leanness, and it's tough. I could use a team format to help me with this, but I too don't want to bring down the team.

    if so, put me down for team cybermen, I could use the kick in the rump to get rid of 5 pound of fat and get back down below 18% body fat in my hips.
