Activity level selection.
I walk 21,000 steps Five days a week and usually from 5 to 10 thousand a day on the weekends. Which activity level am I at? Iām looking to lose 10 pounds and Iād like to do it slowly so I donāt encourage hunger or lose strength and muscle.

How to change calories
No matter what info I put in the app figures I should only eat 1200 calories a day. I thought this adjusted as you gained or lost weight. Any way of making this happen. Thanks

I'm using the meal plan - my daily calories have been calculated but the meals in the plan take me over on all macros - why would it let me choose foods that will blow out my Macros. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Delete/Add items from saved meals
I want to delete a food item from a saved meal in My Meals and add a healthier replacement I'm now using. I can't see any way in Premium on Android app or web to remove a food item from a saved meal. I had to delete the existing and recreate the meal with the new item. Is there an easier way.

75 Hard in 2026
Hi all, I'm starting my own version of 75 Hard a few days early (was going to wait for Jan 1 but couldn't wait). Anyone want to join me? I updated my macro goals but they donāt seem to update on my diary. Is this possible?

Trying My Fitness Pal
I lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers but program is too expensive. Iāve used My fitness pal briefly before. Going to try out the free version for now. Need to lose at least another 25+ pounds. Any words of advice for this over 50 gal is greatly appreciated.

I noticed I couldn't see any food on my wife's diary even though she had added food on her app (Android), we then noticed that she couldn't see any food I'd added on my app (Android). We looked at the web version and neither of our diaries on the website had any entries for a few days. We've tried logging out and back in,ā¦
