Formatting
Ah, you went and changed the formatting on us. With the double spacing, I have to scroll more to navigate my entries. A lot of wasted space, which makes it more irritating to see and enter my data. You need to make your page more compact for easier data entry and user navigation.

What to do with all the leftovers??
My meal plan calls for small amounts here and there of produce and fruit. For instance, approx. 1 1/2lbs of cantaloupe. The smallest Cantaloupe at my local grocer weighed over 3lbs. Logged food history not shared across all meals?
When I log a food to breakfast it will show up in my history when looking it up again. Definitely helps locating food faster when searching for the same item in the future. Why does it say I’d gain weight…
Why does it say I’d gain .2 lbs if I continued like today? I walked and was 163 calories under. Would have been about even not including walking. Was it because it was carb heavy? I thought weight gain was due more to calories than the makeup of those calories 🤔

So here I am back to my fitness pal. I’m Kinya, 45. I also have Secondary Lymphedema, possible Lipedema etc. So I started logging my calories and by the time I ate my breakfast and had coffee Im left with 11 grams of fat.
