You are worthy enough. Your intention signals that.
You can do it, but you do have to commit yourself to it, and mean it.
You don't have to fix everything at once. You can start with one small positive habit, practice it until it's routine/automatic, then pick another.
A great start would be something like tuning in your sleep quality/quantity if that's sub-ideal, or taking a short outdoor walk first thing in the day (fresh air and - when available - sunshine contain some magic). Eat an extra serving of veggies or fruit every day. Drink one less sugary beverage every day. Not all of those things, but one of those things, or something like them.
Committing to change, then taking the reins and making one change: High odds that will feel empowering, help you feel capable. Do it, then keep going that way, one small positive change at a time, stacking the new one on top of the previous one. You'll amaze yourself with how far you get in a few months.
At your young age, you're at a perfect stage to start paving a path to a more positive, thriving future. All you need to do is take one step in that direction . . . then later the next, and so on.
You can do this. And the result will be more than worth it.
Wishing you the best!
