LESS Alcohol ~ March 2026 ~ One Day at a Time
🌟 Do You Want to Drink LESS in 2026? 🌟 "Less" can mean a lot of different things—and that's the beauty of it. Maybe you want to: Cut out that one glass of wine that always turns into two (or three—hey, no judgment here) Save the cocktails for weekends, celebrations… or your in-laws’ next visit. Turn “Dry January” (or July,…

WOMEN AGES %) + FOR FEBRUARY 2026

Sometimes it’s not Calories In/Out
I have struggled for so long, telling doctors that I track everything. I’m active, and the scale doesn’t move. They just tell me calories in/out. So it was up to me to find out what was wrong with me. There were days that I was too full to eat anything. There were other days I felt okay to eat. I maintain my weight like a…

The Kindness of Strangers
My health conditions sometimes prevent me from working out. My plan last week was to go Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I got sick on Wednesday afternoon, which cut my Wednesday workout, was off work Thursday & Friday, cutting Friday's work out. I had to call off work Monday so no gym. Then I finally made it back to the gym on…
