Are the servers going bonkers? Diary errors:
Pretty much seems like diary is error'ing or timing out when trying to input items. Anyone else?

Ability to put a bright green checkmark next to each food that is logged
I was thinking it would really be nice because I put all of my food for the day into MFP in advance that a bright green checkmark next to each listed and logged food item will be so nice to have so I can check off what I have eaten so far in the day at a glance. I think that would be very valuable.

High protein snacks for work
I a looking to get back into things in the new year and I have a desk job. I was wondering if you could share suggestions for high-protein snacks I can eat in the office. I am happy to make things from scratch.

Tracking More Than 5 Nutrients
Everything I've seen says I can track more than 5 nutrients in MFP and, sure, I can see more than 5 when I click on Nutrients but, when I go to change which ones I'm tracking, I only see 5 drop down menus. Bottom line, is there a way to track more than that? Moreover, is there a way to add foods with more than that? The…

Calories off on recipies input?
Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right spot to put this. I was adding a recipie i made (link below) https://sweetpeasandsaffron.com/slow-cooker-black-bean-quinoa-sweet-potato-stew/ and when MFP grabbed the nutritional info, automatically it shows 554 calories per serving but when you look at the site at the bottom…

What do you enjoy the most about your weight loss and fitness journey? I'm back and grateful
Hi Everyone, I'm back after a long time away and I'm grateful. My fitness pal helps me being impeccably honest in tracking and it always works. My honesty starts to ebb and flow when I don't track. I can rationalize this treat won't matter, again and again. At 68, I'm being forced to be honest and move daily. Fortunately,…

Exercise adjusted calorie goal
Is there a way to see your total calorie burn for the day? I'm curious if the exercise adjusted calorie intake goal maintains a target caloric deficit per day. Thanks.

Is there a food suggestion feature?
Hey! I am new to MyFitnessPal and love it so far! But I was wondering if there is a feature where foods are suggested to you? For example, today I have 331 calories remaining. I only have 2g fat left, but have 100g of carbs left. I'm also close to hitting my sugar/sodium limit for the day. So it would be helpful if there…

Time for a change
Hi everyone, I’m a new app member looking to loose weight and get fit. I’ve tried to loose weight previously and following a diet I managed it no problem, having had my 3rd child I’m finding it hard to do the diet/weight loss again. So here I am hoping this app will help and what makes it good for me is, I’m even more…

Why do over all macros show as more than what we’ve logged?
When I check my macros, it states I’ve had 16g of carbs. But when I’ve counted the carbs from the individual items manual logs, my carbs are less than 9g! So what is the 16g?!

I’m back!
Many years ago, this app really helped me find a sense of community that helped me reach a lot of goals. A lot has happened since then… escaped an abusive relationship, experienced many personal and family tragedies, and found myself turning to sugar and junk food for comfort. I gained over 100 lbs and ended up with…

Then I had kids and deleted the app to be on my phone less. Currently, I need to lose more weight this time than last time 😕 I've been pumping…

Calorie deficit counter
Please this is very important I think for a lot of people. I do not want to see how many calories I still have to eat during the day, I just want to see simple and clear resting calories + active calories - calorie intake = calorie deficit. I counted it like this with my previous device and it worked perfectly, with you…

Lady Magenta *Update* I am no longer lonely here, now I feel I belong
I have lost 30 lbs in 75 days. The scale showed 318 lbs today in the morning. I started at 348 in September. :) I don't even know if weight loss is the most important achievement right now. So much has changed. It seems it finally 'clicked', and I am in command of the food I eat. Perhaps I finally understood that food is…

Fasting Fast
Hi, I usually have issues fasting and withholding from food but I tried it yesterday and it mostly worked. Only cheated when I was studying deeply for an exam and needed a rewarding small piece of cake. Today, not fasting so much but limiting to just a salad with no oil or dressings. Probably gonna come home late and grab…

I'm back after 10 years!
Hey 👋🏻 My name is Frida. I first joined my fitness pal around 2015. It was a different time/site back than. I joined after a couple of years after giving birth to my daughter. New here
I am Melody! I live in Northern Michigan (of the lower peninsula). I work in a machine shop. My husband is a heavy equipment mechanic. We love the snow. We snowmobile, but also show our vintage snowmobiles. We camp and hunt. We tend to be homebodies beyond that. I do try to get with my scrapbooking friends for at least a…

Fiber intake added to total carbs
Hi! I’ve recently noticed that fiber intake is added to the carb total: example -> for breakfast the total of carbs was 54 but the app added 7g of fiber (even if it’s already counted in the total carbs of the single food) to the total so the meal ended up being 61g of carbs. Is it a bug? Can someone explain me why? Because…
