food logging
So I logged for the first time today and I'm double the suggested calories. I'm new, names Michelle from Pennsylvania, and I've chosen the fasting 14:10 plan. I'm crossing my fingers. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ability to put a bright green checkmark next to each food that is logged
I was thinking it would really be nice because I put all of my food for the day into MFP in advance that a bright green checkmark next to each listed and logged food item will be so nice to have so I can check off what I have eaten so far in the day at a glance. I think that would be very valuable.

Dealing with keeping off weight after acid reflux surgery. Just started using fitness pal, but don't always rember to put everything. Over 50 ,don't have many close friends who are dieting or had this surgery. Having problems with sweets ,and being hungry. Doing protein drinks, trying to watch carbs. Any ideas?
