Hi folks. Just curious. If you are taking one of the weight loss drugs are you still logging and counting calories? and if so how many calories are you actually consuming a day. Does it work out fairly stable and around the same every day or does it vary wildly depending on how you feel on the day.

How do I see the total fiber consumed
When entering foods into my food diary, at the bottom it shows calories/fat/sat fat/carbs/ sodium / protein. How can I see how much fiber was consumed that day as well? I would also like to be able to see how much potassium and phosphorus were consumed that day as well. Thank You

Log for my spouse/friend/family member

Have MFP do the calculations from serving size to what amount you use
This, imho, is where MFP fails epically. The user must calculate the amount take to coincide with the serving size that is labeled on the product. Set macro goals per meal
I’ve love to be able to set macro goals per meal, I have a set amount of carbs for a pre workout snack/ amount of protein post workout and I have to keep checking back to my nutrition plan to make sure I’ve got the right number, I’d love to be able to set these up per meal so I know what my target is.

Sometimes i want to log a whole meal, that people generally cook differently It eould be extremely practical if we can see the ingredients in the meals we log, and change them/change the ingredient quantities. That would be more precise.

Starting Over Again.
I've been on this site off and on for several years. However, recently I retired and have gained 25 lbs. Ability to put a bright green checkmark next to each food that is logged
I was thinking it would really be nice because I put all of my food for the day into MFP in advance that a bright green checkmark next to each listed and logged food item will be so nice to have so I can check off what I have eaten so far in the day at a glance. I think that would be very valuable.
