Hi I just signed up a few days ago. I like how the app records / tracks what I eat. It helps keep me accountable for what I consume. I normally mindlessly graze on snacks throughout the day so mindfully writing everything down is a big help. I have experienced both dramatic weight loss and gain in recent years due to depression - a bit of a yo yo effect. Hoping to shed some pounds and keep them off.
