Have You Tried an Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan? Has It Helped?
Have any of you tried an anti-inflammatory diet plan? Not a weight loss diet, but tailoring your diet to reduce inflammation and joint pain? Did it work? What did you do? When did you see results? Has it helped on an on-going basis? I’m planning on consulting with my hospital affiliated gym’s RD when she returns. She’s…

Kale leaves turning brown? I messed up for 2 years before getting this right.
I've been growing kale for a few seasons and kept running into weird issues – spots on leaves, bugs loving them more than I do, and some plants just giving up halfway. I spent forever looking up fixes and trying things out (compost tea? Eggshells? Soap spray??). Finally put together notes on what worked for me, like how to…

Is there any way on the MyFitnessPal website to get averages?
I do check-in in the middle of the week as to if I'm meeting my calorie and protein goals or not. I used to do this on the MyFitnessPal app on my Android phone but a bug in this area is still to be fixed so I can't use the app. Is there any way on the MyFitnessPal website to get the average of how many calories and protein…

Why Aspartame Isn't Scary
Hey everyone. I've seen my fair share of posts on the forums with regards to the dangers of aspartame and how it is a poison or a toxin or a carcinogen. Wanted to clear some things up about aspartame if I could just to explain why I personally believe there is absolutely no reason to fear aspartame. What is aspartame? For…

Dumb Chicken Wing Math
