What’s did everyone have for breakfast?

This morning I’ve had a cup of coffee, 3 scrambled eggs, I slice of toast with butter on it and 2 blueberry biscuits.

Meal on the run... a Special K Protein Bar. Taste and consistency of a granola bar, but with 12g protein and 5g fiber.4

I have a green smoothie and a couple of boiled eggs most days.4

I made a pumpkin baked oatmeal loaf-cake-thing and cut it into bars. This morning I also mixed up an ounce of nonfat Greek yogurt, a little bit of maple syrup, and a shake of cinnamon to make a dipping sauce, which was delightful.9

Not a thing. I don’t eat breakfast, and haven’t done so since I was pre-teen.

Same thing every day. Oatmeal with dried fruit, and a cuppa (coffee or tea - half cup milk in either case)4
