What’s did everyone have for breakfast?

This morning I’ve had a cup of coffee, 3 scrambled eggs, I slice of toast with butter on it and 2 blueberry biscuits.

    Meal on the run... a Special K Protein Bar. Taste and consistency of a granola bar, but with 12g protein and 5g fiber.

    I have a green smoothie and a couple of boiled eggs most days.

    Same thing every day. Oatmeal with dried fruit, and a cuppa (coffee or tea - half cup milk in either case)

    Boy, that sounds good!

    I had an Aldis chicken melt. Quick and easy. Just enough without taking up too many calories.

    i had an egg white omelet with leftover steamed broccoli, vegan smoked provolone, and a slice of whole wheat seeded bread. It was supposed to be an oatmeal day, but I was all out! Coffee with oat milk.

    My typical morning standard: oatmeal, nutritional yeast, plain whey, cut fruit, dash of milk. Black coffee.

    Overnight oats - oats, yoghurt, almond milk, whey protein, chia seeds, cacao powder, superfood seed mix, blueberries and strawberries and honey
    650 calories roughly
